Subject: [Windows] Add WS_BORDER flag to windows in WINDOW_MODE_FULLSCREEN
mode to allow multi-window interface in full-screen. [Windows] Add
WINDOW_MODE_EXCLUSIVE_FULLSCREEN without WS_BORDER flag enabled (no
multi-window support).
