The problem was that favorite tool button kept to change pressed and unpressed state with toggled event. This is a quick fix for crash. EditorFileDialog might need to be refactor later.

The other subfolders of tools/ had already been moved to either editor/, misc/ or thirdparty/, so the hiding the editor code that deep was no longer meaningful.
