Removes some outdated/incorrect/duplicated info, adds correct info.
Also removes no longer applicable "editor-only helper" statements.

Using non-uniform scale is known to cause many issues.
Add warnings to the editor and to the class reference.
Also remove the warning from SoftBody3D since it is
not relevant there: it simulates in global space.

This makes it easier to spot syntax errors when editing the
class reference. The schema is referenced locally so validation
can still work offline.
Each class XML's schema conformance is also checked on GitHub Actions.

For the time being we don't support writing a description for those, preferring
having all details in the method's description.
Using self-closing tags saves half the lines, and prevents contributors from
thinking that they should write the argument or return documentation there.

Implement CollisionShape3D.make_convex_from_siblings()

This makes them display in a nicer way in the editor help.
