Renaming of servers for coherency.
VisualServer -> RenderingServer
PhysicsServer -> PhysicsServer3D
Physics2DServer -> PhysicsServer2D
NavigationServer -> NavigationServer3D
Navigation2DServer -> NavigationServer2D
Also renamed corresponding files.
