Rename `VideoPlayer` to `VideoStreamPlayer` for consistency
It's a player for `VideoStream` resources, just like `AudioStreamPlayer` is a
player for `AudioStream` resources.
Closes https://github.com/godotengine/godot-proposals/issues/3624.
