Bump Godot.NET.Sdk and SourceGenerators versions
Bump `Godot.NET.Sdk` to version 4.0.0-dev6. Bump `Godot.SourceGenerators` to version 4.0.0-dev3. Use floating version 4.0.*-* for package references in Sdk.
