Enable "Allow Hidpi" by default
This fixes window management issues across platforms on hiDPI monitors.
The `--low-dpi` command line argument has been removed as similar
functionality (forcing low-DPI mode on DPI-aware programs) is
already provided by Windows and macOS itself.
