Merge pull request #69707 from bruvzg/x11_exfs
[Linux/X11] Split fullscreen mode into `WINDOW_MODE_EXCLUSIVE_FULLSCREEN` and `WINDOW_MODE_FULLSCREEN` to improve multi-window handling.
